Portrait Lighting Reflection

I believe the best picture in this assignment is the Rembrandt portrait because the lighting in the photo clearly displays the models face in detail and best displays the type of lighting. The weakest photo of the assignment is the short lighting because the different colored lights made capturing the right angles a little difficult. This can be improved in future photo shoots by getting more practice with different colored lighting. I used Photoshop to edit my photos. The tools I used in Photoshop were brightness, contrast, levels, and curves. I was able to meet the objectives of this assignment by adjusting lighting position to change facial details on the models. The easy part of this assignment was the editing portion and being able to bring out the details in each photo. The hard part about this assignment was getting the right angles to show the type of lighting. If I could do this assignment differently, I would try adjusting the lighting position more. I would give myself an 8 on this project because portrait lighting is something I have never done before.
